Twelve Voices

Listed as you play them: hold one button, tap another. The outlined pad is the one you hold, the filled pad the one you tap. Switch UP records.
Any sound can go on any gesture — any synth voice, a built-in sample, or anything from your library. Changes are heard immediately; Save Kit makes them survive a power cycle.

Sample Library

Uploaded samples live here as a library, not tied to any pad — one sample can be played by several voices at once, and costs the space of one. Assign them on the Kit tab.

Reference only. Hold a shift button and tap another to mute/unmute. Switch UP records.
Reference only. Hold a shift button and tap another to fire an effect. Shift+Main to draw that family's depth curve. Switch UP records.
There are four depth curves, one per shift, not one per effect — the three effects under a shift share it. To play over a recorded curve without overwriting it, jam with the switch at Middle: your hand takes the depth live and the recording is left alone.
Patterns live in the card's memory only and are lost at power-off. Save one here and the file on your computer becomes the permanent copy.

Save before you leave this page. Returning the card to playing reboots it, and a reboot clears the pattern slots just as a power cycle does — so a pattern you have not saved is gone. Uploading a sample or saving the kit reboots the card too.

Inputs

CV in 1 — Four Voltages output 1 — the instrument itself. Calibrated on an alt-boot and saved to flash.

CV in 2 — takes over the Main knob while patched, so whatever Main does in the current mode is under voltage. Overrides rather than offsets — a cable wins.

Pulse in 1 — external clock, one edge per beat

Pulse in 2 — while HIGH, a random effect is applied. The gate's width is how long it lasts; it sits below your hands and below anything recorded.

Audio in 1 — depth of that random effect

Audio in 2 — chaos — how busy and how fine the glitch outputs are. Unpatched sits at about 5%.

Outputs

Audio out 1 & 2 — the drum bus, mono, both jacks identical

CV out 1 — glitch gates, sparse and weighted toward the downbeat — usable as an accent track on its own

CV out 2 — glitch gates, dense and syncopated. Patch it into Pulse in 2 and the card glitches itself.

Pulse out 1 — gate, one pulse per hit

Pulse out 2 — click, one pulse per beat

Knobs

Main / X / Y — DJ filter (or FX depth) / tempo 40–240bpm / kit character
